Tru by Hilton Northlake Fort Worth

What makes Tru a TRUly great experience are the people! To a person, they were very attentive and ensured that all aspects of my stay were amazing. They were very accommodating when it came to the basics of amenities in the room and breakfast/snack items. When the coffee ran out, I mentioned it. They made it a point of coming over to me to let me know it had been refreshed. Perfect location for my needs with enough decent restaurant options within either walking or a short driving distance. It is TRU when I say that this will be my go to hotel in the area going forward!

We travel often for my son’s basketball, so we’ve stayed in plenty of hotels — and this one truly stood out for its exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed, whether it was refilling the pancake mix at breakfast or bringing extra towels to our room. We were always greeted with a smile. A special thank-you to Joy, Valerie, Venice, and Margarita for going above and beyond during our stay. Their kindness made a real difference. If we’re in the area again, we will absolutely choose this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I had a great experience from the time I got there until the time we checked out. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Valerie was so sweet and helpful with any questions I had. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also had a great experience the next day at breakfast. Margarita was the absolute best breakfast attendant and made me feel like family. It was so nice to see such a sweet face so early in the morning. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

We recently stayed at the Tru by Hilton Northlake so that we could meet up with my son and his family during the holidays. We were greeted by Joy at the front desk. She has amazing customer service skills! She was kind and helpful! She took photos of our family for us which turned out great! She served us warm chocolate chip cookies while we were having lunch in the hotel lobby. Joy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated! The staff as a whole were very friendly. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and location to many restaurants along with the Tanger Mall!!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and we couldn't have had a better experience. The staff were always ready to help with a smile. We would highly recommend in your visiting the dallas/fort Worth area

Loved this hotel! The front desk was friendly and gave me recommendations. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing! Love the pancake maker they have. Bucees is just across the street to get snacks and drinks from. There’s also an outlet mall nearby to check out for shopping.
